We aim to deliver your Shisha within 60 minutes, subject to availability.
How do I pay for my order?
For ease of service, we accept payments via cash, PayPal or bank transfer.
How do I adjust the strength of my Shisha?
The strength of the Shisha flavor can be adjusted by adding or removing coal using the safety tongs provided.
Will my Shisha arrive pre-made?
Yes, all Shisha’s are pre-prepared and assembled by our expert Shisha connoisseurs, in addition, all flavors are also packed.
When will my order be collected?
We aim to collect all orders within 24 hours. Please note, we will notify you of our proposed arrival time prior to making suitable collection arrangements with you.
Can I track my delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a tracking service for deliveries. However, a member of our team will keep you updated via WhatsApp of the arrival time.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to most areas within London. Please specify your address when inquiring to confirm if we deliver to your area.
Can I customize my Shisha order?
Yes, you can customise your Shisha order by selecting your preferred flavors and additional accessories during the ordering process.
What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

Yes, we cater for all events and functions. We also have a Shisha marquee hire service for your convenience.
