Usage Guide

Setting up your Shisha:

1. Kindly refer to the instruction manual provided below to safely set up and enjoy your Shisha.
2. To operate the burner, please ensure that it is correctly plugged in and turned on. Once turned on, locate the temperature dial on the burner and manually adjust it to ‘5’.
3. Place four coals on the burner and allow them to fully heat up, which usually takes 10-15 minutes. Once the coals turn orange, they are ready to use.
4. Using the tongs, carefully pick up the coals with care and gently blow on them. This will ensure that the heat is distributed evenly and that the coals are ready for use.
5. The coals are now prepared. Please place all four coals carefully on the silver heat metal tray, which can be found on top of your Shisha. Once you have placed the coals on the top of the heat tray, please wait for around 5 minutes for your flavor to infuse properly.
6. To start smoking your hookah, gently inhale on your hose. It may take a minute or two before your hookah is smoking properly. If you feel that the smoke is too harsh, simply remove one coal.

Safety Regulations:

• Kindly ensure that the coals are placed only on the silver heat tray located on top of the pot. Placing the heated coals elsewhere will result in damage to the Shisha.
• When moving or lifting the Shisha, please hold it from the bottom. Carefully grasp the glass section and ensure that you place the Shisha gently on an even surface.
• Please note that a fine of £50-£80 will be applied if any damage is caused to the Shisha. We kindly request that you refrain from adding your own flavor to the Shisha.
• Once you have finished using the Shisha, please leave all the equipment ready for collection. The disposable pipe can be thrown away or recycled.

Terms and conditions:

• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the Shisha is returned by the agreed time. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge for hire, amounting to £20 per day.
• We kindly request that all users be over the age of 18 and provide identification upon request.
• Please note that our Shishas are used for specific flavors only. We regret to inform you that customers are not permitted to use their own flavours in our Shishas, as this may cause damage and contamination to the Shisha and Hose.
• All customers are liable for any damage caused to the equipment. However, we assure you that you will only be charged for each damaged item and not the whole product, if applicable.
• We kindly request that our customers follow Health and Safety tips to prevent any misuse of the Shisha.
• We take pride in guaranteeing that all our products are free from defects and errors, including accidental damage at the event.
